  • Creem is our Merchant of Record (MoR) and processes every payment, refund, and chargeback on our behalf.
  • You can cancel subscriptions or request a refund directly from the Creem customer portal via the Manage billing / Cancel link in the user center or footer.
  • We honour statutory cooling-off periods and consumer protection laws applicable in your region.
  • Contact support within 7 days of a purchase if the customer portal cannot resolve your issue automatically.
  • We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.
  • To mitigate chargebacks, Creem (our Merchant of Record) may process refunds within 60 days of the original payment at its discretion

1. When refunds apply

1.1 Subscription renewals

  • Renewals triggered in the last 48 hours are eligible for a full refund once the plan is cancelled through the Creem portal.
  • After 48 hours we may issue prorated refunds when required by local law or if you have not consumed any credits.

1.2 New purchases and credit packs

  • One-time credit packs are refundable within 7 days provided the credits remain unused.
  • Introductory subscriptions follow the same 7-day window. Cancel from the Creem portal and email proof of unused credits to support@aipolaroid.online if the request is not auto-approved.

1.3 Failed or duplicate charges

  • Charges caused by platform errors, duplicate submissions, or payments processed after a cancellation request will be reversed immediately once verified in Creem.

2. How to request a refund or cancel

  1. From your Account page (/account) or the site footer, click Manage billing / Cancel and you’ll jump straight to Creem’s customer portal.
  2. Select the subscription or purchase and choose Cancel plan or Request refund. Creem confirms the action instantly and emails a receipt.
  3. If you cannot access the portal, email support@aipolaroid.online with your order number, purchase email, and requested action. We will trigger the refund through Creem on your behalf within two (2) business days.

3. Processing timeline

  • We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. To mitigate chargebacks, Creem may process refunds within 60 days of the original payment at its discretion
  • Creem issues approved refunds immediately. Card issuers typically post funds within 5–10 business days depending on the region and payment method.
  • We will notify you once a refund is submitted. You can track status from the customer portal or the email receipt sent by Creem.
  • Credits tied to a refunded purchase are revoked automatically.

4. Non-refundable scenarios

  • Credits that were redeemed before the refund request.
  • Accounts suspended for policy violations or fraudulent activity.
  • Promotional or beta access granted without payment.
